Good afternoon!! I'm going to write about August 12th.
On August 12th, I got up at 10:00. I got up later than usual days. After I got up, I ate breakfast and watched TV. But I had a promise that I'm going to go to gym with my friend. I wanted to go there before. So I was looking forward to going to gym. Especially I like swimming!! So I wanted to swim!! By the way when I was high school student, I wanted to belong to swimming club activities or water polo. This is why I like swimming very much. So much for the digression, after I readied, I went to rendezvous at 14:30. After we met, we went to gym that is "Kagayakikan". Kagayakikan is a community center. If we go there, we will be able to do various things. For example, we can open meetings, we can build up (training), we can swim, do aerobics, play table tennis and so on. After we arrived, we were explained the system of Kagayakikan. After that, we began to train!! First, I rode on a bike. When we ride on the bike, we can choose weight levels that have 14 levels. So I chose 14 level!! It was very weighty! I rode on it for 30 minutes. After that, I developed my abdominal muscles and arms. It made me satisfied. After I stopped these training, I began to swim!! For example, I swam the breaststroke, crawled. It was very fun!!
I think I want to go there again.
